Part of Footpath SR49, Pilgrims Way (Otford, Kent) Rail Crossing Diversion Order 2019 A Rail Crossing Diversion Order may be made if it is considered expedient in the interest of the safety of members of the public using, or likely to use, the said footpath. The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has drafted an Order, the effect of which will be to divert on to land of the same owner, part of public footpath SR49 at Otford over a new bridge. Objections have been received to this Order and therefore consideration of the Order will take the form of a local public inquiry. The Inquiry will be held at a venue to be arranged on 4 May 2021 starting at 10.00am.
