The effect of the Order will be to update the width restriction in the following roads or lengths of road in the Parish of Stockbury - Oad Street and Pett Lane in the Borough of Maidstone.

Footpath KB18 From its junction with Malling Terrace to its junction with Hermitage Lane in the Borough of Maidstone - Change the use of Footpath

NOTICE is hereby given that the Kent County Council have made the named Order under Sections 3 of the Cycle Tracks Act, the effect of which would be to:- Change the use of Footpath KB18 to shared use to include cycles on the following length of footpath - From its junction with Malling Terrace to its junction with Hermitage Lane in the Borough of Maidstone.

Mount Pleasant Road and Grosvenor Road, in The Borough of Tunbridge Wells, Bus Gates and Bus Only Streets.

The effect of the made named Order will be to amend the current Order due to some minor errors in the 2018 Order and to revoke that Order Mount Pleasant Road and Grosvenor Road.

The effect of the Made Order would be to update the width restriction in the following roads or lengths of road in the Parish of Borden; Bannister Hill, Barn Close, Borden Lane, Brier Road, Coppins Lane, Cherryfields, Chestnut Street, Chestnut Wood Lane, Cryalls Lane, Dental Close, Greenlees Close, Grove Park Avenue, Hearts Delight, Homestead View, Maidstone Road, Maylam Gardens, Micketts Gardens, Mountview, Munsgore Lane, Oad Street, Pond Farm Road, School Lane, Sunnyhill Road, Sutton Baron Road, The Street, Wises Lane, Wrens Road and Vigo Lane.

The effect of the made order will be to reduce the speed limit to 20 MPH on the following lengths of roads Sherwood, Tunbridge Wells; Allendale Road, Apple Tree Walk, Ashenden Walk, Birch Way, Bracken Way, Bracken Road, Burslem Road, Coneyburrow Road, Fairmile Road, Friars Way, Green Way, Gorse Road , Greggs Wood Road, Harries Road, Hawthorn Walk, Hazelwood Close, Link Way, Longview Way, Middle Walk, Milton Drive, Oakwood Rise, Orchidhurst, Sherwood Road, Sherwood Way, Squirrel Way, The Hurst, Theodore Close, Wiltshire Way and Willow Way Road.

Various Roads in Challock, Charing, Chilham and Molash in the Borough of Ashford - Speed Limit Reduction.

The effect of the Made Order will be to reduce the existing speed limits on Charing Hill and Canterbury Road, Charing, Canterbury Road, Challock, Canterbury Road and The Street, Molash and Maidstone Road, Chilham in The Borough of Ashford.

Ashford Road (A20) Folkestone, from its junction with Bargrove, in the District of Folkestone and Hythe - reduce the national speed limit and to extend the 40 mph speed limit.

The effect of this Made Order would be to reduce the national speed limit and to extend the 40 mph speed limit along the Ashford Road (A20) from its junction with Bargrove in the District of Folkestone and Hythe.
