The effect of the Order will be to reduce the existing speed limit to 30mph on the following length of roads in Littlebourne, Canterbury: Canterbury Road - To reduce the 50MPH Speed Limit at the junction with The Hill 100 metres and extend the to 30MPH for the same distance. All other entries are for administrative purposes only.

Three Elm Lane & Tonbridge Road in the Borough of Tonbridge & Malling - 20MPH, 30MPH, 40MPH, 50MPH Speed Limits and Derestricted Roads.

The effect of the Order would be to change the national speed limit to 40MPH speed limit on the following lengths of roads, in Tonbridge: Three Elm Lane, Hadlow – From a point 25 metres west of its junction with Pierce Mill Lane to its junction with Tonbridge Road, East Peckham. Tonbridge Road, East Peckham – From its junction with Three Elm Lane to its junction with Addlestead Road.

Hinxhill Road in the Borough of Ashford - Various Traffic Movements

The effect of the proposed Order would be to Prohibit vehicles along Hinxhill Road from its eastern junction with The Street to an access road to the rear of The William Harvey Hospital.

Headcorn Road, Lenham - in the Borough of Maidstone - Speed Limits

NOTICE is hereby given that the Kent County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which would be to reduce the national speed limit and to extend the 30MPH speed limit in Maidstone on the following length of road:- Headcorn Road, Lenham – To extend the 30MPH speed limit from a point 68 metres south west of its junction with Station Approach for a distance of 126 metres in a south westerly direction.

Hinxhill Road and Honeysuckle Avenue in The Borough of Ashford - install Double Yellow Lines.

The effect of which would be to reduce the national speed limit and to extend the 50MPH speed limit in Maidstone on the following length of road:- Detling Hill, Maidstone – To reduce the national speed limit and extend the current 50MPH speed limit at both ends. The whole limit will be from a point 120 metres from the Junction 7 Traffic Island to a point 93 metres east of the entrance to the Kent County Showground.
