London Road, Layby, Wrotham, in the Borough of Tonbridge & Malling - Prohibition Of Motor Vehicles

The Experimental Order has been made to allow for an assessment of the changes before a decision is taken whether to make it permanent. The Order was made on the 9 March 2020 and will come into effect on the 16 March 2020. After concerns were raised regarding anti-social behavior in the London Road, Layby, Kent County Council has made the decision to Prohibit Vehicles using the layby and to introduce an Experimental Order for avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road of for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising
