Introduction

The effect of the proposed named Order will introduce or amend waiting restrictions DYL (Double Yellow Lines) means no waiting at any time on the following length of roads in Minster, Thanet, Monkton Road, Mildreds Road and Tothill Street.

The Kent County Council acting as the Local Traffic Authority intends to make the Order referred to above as shown on the drawings accompanying this document in the interest of public safety

  • For avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • For facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
