The effect of the Made Named Order will introduce or amend waiting restrictions DYL (Double Yellow Lines) means no waiting at any time on the following length of roads in The District of Thanet:

Crawford Road and St Peters Park Road, Broadstairs.

Holly Lane, Westbrook Avenue and Westcliff Road, Margate.

Margate Road and Station Approach Road, in Ramsgate.

  • For avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • For facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).

The Order was made on 10 December 2020 and its provisions will come into effect on 14 December 2020.
