Notice is hereby given that KENT COUNTY COUNCIL acting as the local Traffic Authority and in exercise of its powers under Sections 1(1), 2 (1) to (3) 3 (2), 4 (1) and (2), 32 (1), 35 (1), 36, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’), the Traffic Management Act 2004, the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007 and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the chief officer of police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, propose to make the following Order:-

The effect of the proposed named Order will be to introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions (DYL means no waiting at any time) in the following length of roads:-

 

Roads in the Districts of Crokenhill, Swanley and Sevenoaks

 

TYLERS GREEN ROAD - DYL – On the north eastern side from a point in line with the north western boundary of 33 Tylers Green Road to a point opposite the boundary of 38/40 Tylers Green Road. HOLLY BUSH LANE - On the south western side to remove the dual use resident’s bays from a point 2 metres south of the northern boundary of 11 Holly Bush Lane to a point 20 metres south east of the south eastern kerbline of Vine Court Road. HARTSLANDS ROAD – (1) DYL – On the eastern side from the junction with Holly Bush Lane to a point in line with the southern building line of 86 Hartslands Road. (2) DYL - On the western side from the junction with Holly Bush Lane to a point in line of 9 Hartslands Road. SWANLEY LANE – (1) DYL – On the north west side to join up the lines outside and between 35 and 41 Swanley Lane. (2) DYL – On the eastern side to extend the lines by 15 metres north of its junction with Archer Way. BRADBOURNE VALE ROAD – (1) DYL – On the southern side to join up the existing lines outside number 1 and 3-5 Bradbourne Court. (2) DYL – On the southern side to remove 11 metres of existing lines outside 49 and 11 metres between the boundary of 49 and St Catherines Court. (3) DYL – On the northern side to remove the existing build out and lines outside 42/46 Bradbourne Vale Road. (4) DYL – On the northern side to install 5 meters of lines on the new refuge outside 38/40 Bradbourne Vale Road.
