                                        (AMENDMENT 34) ORDER 2019

 

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

 

Notice is hereby given that KENT COUNTY COUNCIL acting as the local Traffic Authority and in exercise of its powers under Sections 1(1), 2 (1) to (3) 3 (2), 4 (1) and (2), 32 (1), 35 (1), 36, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’), the Traffic Management Act 2004, the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007 and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the chief officer of police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, propose to make the following Order:-

The effect of the proposed named Order will be to introduce and amend the existing waiting restrictions (DYL means no waiting at any time) in the following length of roads:-

 

Roads in Edenbridge in the District of Sevenoaks

 

FIRCROFT WAY - DYL – (1) On the north side extend the existing lines from the junction with Station Road to a point 11 metres east of its junction with the Lidl Yard Access. (2) On the south side extend the existing lines from the junction with Station Road for a distance of 45 metres in an easterly direction.

A statement of the Council’s reasons for making the proposed Order, a map indicating the location and the effect and a copy of any other Orders which will be amended by the proposed Order may be examined on Monday to Friday at The Kent County Council, Sessions House, Maidstone, ME14 1XQ, and at The Kent County Council, Kent Highway & Transportation, Ashford Highway Depot, Henwood Industrial Estate, Unit 4 Javelin Way, Ashford, Kent TN24 8AD & Sevenoaks District Council, Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG during normal office hours or download from the consultation document section below.
