The effect of the made named Order will introduce banned left-hand turn movements (including pedal cycles) in the following length of road in Thanet:-

Orchard Close & Parish Close Into Manor Road

From Orchard Close & Parish Close (north east bound) into Manor Road, Birchington

The Order was made on 23 July 2020 and its provisions will come into effect on 27 July 2020.

The Kent County Council acting as the Local Traffic Authority herby make the Order referred to above and as shown on the drawings accompanying this document in the interest of public safety

  • avoiding the danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
