(ONE WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 2018

AMENDMENT No.6

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that Kent County Council proposes to make the above named Order under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which would be to:-

The Kent County Council is proposing in the above named Order to implement a ‘One Way Traffic’ (including pedal cycles) in following roads or lengths of roads;

HEATHER DRIVE; from a point 15 metres northwest of its junction with Shepherds Lane in a south-easterly direction to that junction.

A copy of the proposed Order, statement of the Council’s reasons for making the proposed Order, a map indicating the location and the effect and a copy of any other Orders which will be amended by the proposed Order may be examined weekdays during normal office hours at County Hall, Maidstone, ME14 1XQ and at Ashford Highway Depot, Henwood Industrial Estate, 4 Javelin Way, Ashford, TN24 8AD.
