Introduction

The effect of the order will be to prohibit motor vehicles on Napchester Road in the District of Dover.

The Kent County Council acting as the Local Traffic Authority intends to make the Order referred to above and as shown on the drawings accompanying this document in the interest of public safety and for the following reasons:

  • For preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
  • For facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).

Napchester Road – Prohibition of motor vehicles -From a point 23 metres north east of the northern boundary of 46 Napchester Road for a distance of 3 metres in both directions.
