Kent County Council has made an Order to amend the legal record of Public Rights of Way, known as the Definitive Map, by correcting the alignment of part of Public Footpath MT119 at Hadlow.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, the County Council may make an Order to modify the Definitive Map where it is considered that a public right of way which is not shown on the map is reasonably alleged to subsist and/or where there is cogent evidence to suggest that no right of way exists along a route shown on the map.

Further details about the Order (including how to respond) and a plan showing the proposal can be found by viewing the documents in the section below. Please be aware that this footpath is the subject of a separate Diversion Order which is being advertised concurrently.

The deadline for responses is Monday 22nd February 2021.
