Introduction
The proposed named Order will extend the existing 30mph speed limit and reduce the national speed limit along Kennel Hill in Eythorne, Dover.
- Avoid the danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising;
- The reduction of the speed limit is to provide a safer route to and from the schools and for the safety of all pedestrians using the school accesses.
