Heath Road, Brishing Lane , Grundys Lane , Loddington Lane and Park Lane in the Borough of Maidstone - Extension to the 30MPH speed limit

The effect of the proposed Order will be reduce the 40MPH speed limit and extend the 30MPH speed limit on the following length of roads:

• Heath Road
• Brishing Lane
• Grundys Lane
• Loddington Lane
• Park Lane

For the following reasons:

• Avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising;
• For preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
