Introduction
The effect of the proposed Order will be reduce the 40MPH speed limit and extend the 30MPH speed limit on the following length of roads:
- Heath Road
- Brishing Lane
- Grundys Lane
- Loddington Lane
- Park Lane
For the following reasons:
- Avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising;
- For preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.

Brishing Lane – From its junction with Heath Road for a distance of 21 metres in a northerly direction. Grundys Lane – For its entire length. Heath Road - From a point 154 metres west of its junction with Loddington Lane to a point 263 metres east of its junction with Park Lane. Loddington Lane - From its junction with Heath Road for a distance of 54 metres in a southerly direction. Park Lane - From its junction with Heath Road for a distance of 9 metres in a southerly direction.
