(20MPH, 30MPH, 40MPH, 50MPH SPEED LIMITS AND DERESTRICTED ROADS)   AMENDMENT No.41 ORDER 2019

 

   Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

NOTICE is hereby given that the Kent County Council proposes to make the above-named Order under Sections 81, 82, 83 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which would be to: -

The effect of the proposed Order is to reduce the current 40MPH to a 30MPH speed limit and extend the 30MPH on the following length of road:-

 

GREEN LANE, BOUGHTON MONCHELSEA - From a point 14 metres southeast of its junction with Lewis Court Drive to a point 12 metres northwest of its junction with Brishing Lane.

Full details and a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the proposed Order, a map indicating the location and the effect and a copy of any other Orders which will be amended by the proposed Order may be examined on Monday to Friday at The Kent County Council, Sessions House, Maidstone, ME14 1XQ, and at The Kent County Council, Kent Highways, Transportation & Waste, Ashford Highway Depot, Henwood Industrial Estate, Unit 4 Javelin Way, Ashford, Kent TN24 8AD during normal office hours or download from the consultation document section below.
