Introduction

The effect of the Order would be to: -

Implement Double Yellow Lines (No waiting at any time) restrictions in the following roads in Dartford:- Chastilian Road – Double Yellow Lines - On both sides between 10 metres east and 10 metres west of its junction with Wentworth Drive. Wentworth Drive – Double Yellow Lines - On both sides from its junction with Chastilian Road for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.

Implement Single Yellow Lines Waiting Restrictions with a Loading Restriction Mon – Fri 8.30am - 9.30am and 2.30pm – 4.00pm in the following road in Dartford:- Wentworth Drive, Dartford - On both sides from a point 10 metres north of its junction with Chastilian Road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Wentworth Primary School.

These changes are being made in the interest of public safety, to preserve or improve the amenities of the area and to facilitate movement along the road.
