ORDER 2019

 

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

 

NOTICE is hereby given that the Kent County Council proposes to make the above-named Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which would be to: -

Implement Double Yellow Lines (DYL’s) (No waiting at any time) restrictions in the following roads in Dartford:- Chastilian Road – DYL - On both sides between 10 metres east and 10 metres west of its junction with Wentworth Drive. Wentworth Drive – DYL - On both sides from its junction with Chastilian Road for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.

Implement Single Yellow Lines (SYL’s) Waiting Restrictions with a Loading Restrictions Mon – Fri 8.30am - 9.30am and 2.30pm – 4.00pm in the following road in Dartford:- Wentworth Drive, Dartford - On both sides from a point 10 metres north of its junction with Chastilian Road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Wentworth Primary School.

A copy of the proposed Order, statement of the Council’s reasons for making the proposed Order, a map indicating the location and the effect and a copy of any other Orders which will be amended by the proposed Order may be examined on Mondays to Friday at The Kent County Council, Sessions House, Maidstone, ME14 1XQ, The Kent County Council, Highways Transportation & Waste, Ashford Highway Depot, Henwood Industrial Estate, Unit 4 Javelin Way, Ashford, Kent TN24 8AD and at Dartford Borough Council Offices, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford, Kent DA1 1DR during normal office hours or download from the consultation document section below.
