(20MPH, 30MPH, 40MPH, 50MPH SPEED LIMITS AND DERESTRICTED ROADS)

AMENDMENT NO.24 ORDER 2019

 

Notice is hereby given that KENT COUNTY COUNCIL propose to make the above named Order under sections under Sections 81, 82, 83 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Act:

The effect of which would be to extend the 20MPH speed limit in the following length of roads in Southborough:-

Broomhill Park Road – For its entire length. Kibbles Lane – From a point 16 metres north of its junction with Broomhill Park Road to its junction with Speldhurst Road. Lady Gift Road – For its entire length. Prospect Road – From a point 15 metres north of its junction with Broomhill Park Road to its junction with Speldhurst Road.
