AMENDMENT NO.19 ORDER 2019

 

Notice is hereby given that KENT COUNTY COUNCIL propose to make the above named Order under sections under Sections 81, 82, 83 and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Act:

The effect of the Order would be to reduce the speed limit to 50mph in the following section of roads:

From a point 135 metres south of its    junction with Station Road to a point 510 metres north of the junction with Chapel Road (Including Laybys).

From its junction with Maidstone Road for a distance of 30 metres in a westerly direction.

From its junction with Maidstone Road for a distance of 30 metres in an easterly direction.

From its junctions with Maidstone Road for  a distance of 5 metres
