Introduction

The effect of the made named Order will introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions on the following lengths of road (in this part of the notice DYL’s means double yellow lines) waiting to be prohibited at any time.

Roads in the Borough of Dartford

Almond Road, Stone – On both side of the junction with St Johns Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction. St Johns Road, Stone - On both sides from the junction with Almond Road to a point 10 metres to the north and to a point 10 metres to the south.

The Order was made on 29 April 2021 and its provisions will come into effect on 30 April 2021.

The Kent County Council acting as the Local Traffic Authority hereby make the Order referred to above and as shown on the drawings accompanying this document

  • For avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road of for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
  • For preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
  • For facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians).
